Dishin' with the Divas

The Beat Divas are the guest chefs at Central Market Cooking School in Austin, TX, about twice a year. Each Diva presents two recipes, and while the dishes are being served, the Beat Divas entertain the class with songs — usually original songs about food. Here's the menu from one of our cooking classes:
